Alkmaar, The Netherlands, December 2026
After what seemed a lifetime of not printing due to a combination of factors, I finally decided to invest in a new printer. This time one with a larger build plate and a heated vat so that I can print all year long.
Elegoo had a Black Friday sale that ended at the beginning of December. After a few days of research, I decided on the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K along with the Mercury Plus v3.0.
The packages arrived and sat, unopened until I had managed to clear enough space on the workbench for the much larger machines.
They are big. A lot bigger than the Mars printer I already had. The Army Painter spray can is there for scale.
