Alkmaar, Nederland. 20-31 April 2021. The show must go on.

With the new resin in my hands, I began to print more stuff. First off was a set of 3 Mandalorian figures in different poses and a retry of the Baby Yoda in cot model. All models printed just fine and I was particularly proud of the Baby Yoda one since I had to do the supports for that myself. I also finally managed to get a good print of Inaria, so 3rd time lucky for that one. So thank you to 3DPrintingPro for his excellent youtube videos on doing supports in Chitubox.

The complete Inaria from RN Estudio.

Next, I printed a Mummy and Royal Guard along with their weapons etc. from ArchVillain Games Empire of Sands release. Because the weapons/hands were separate items and the mummy had a separate head, it meant that there were 14 items on the build plate. Just for the two figures. Of course, not everything printed properly. Two items failed entirely, there was no sign of them anywhere on the build plate. Another item only half printed, and one item that didn't print was actually so small I couldn't find it amongst the supports.

The next day I had a major success. The Anubis Undead body finally printed correctly at the 4th attempt. On the same build plate, I also had a couple of figures from Rocket Pig Games, a whimsical goblin with a bomb and a couple of figures from the RN Estudio's welcome pack that rather fit in with the Lord of the Rings. All of these were self-supported and all came out perfectly. It was a few days later when RN Estudio released these figures already pre-supported by 3DPrintingPro. *Sigh*.

The Anubis statue and Medusa from Rocket Pig Games and the Goblin with Bomb (can't remember who this is by).

Looks suspiciously like Bombur, Merry and Pippin. RN Estudios - Against the Shadows collection.

The next day I printed more figures from the Princesses Got Angry Kickstarter by Cross Lances. Only one failure here and since these were pre-supported and everything else printed fine I'm at a loss as to what went wrong. It's the figure at the back of the photo. Part of it is printed fine, the bottom bit, not there at all. Given that the base prints first and bits of the supports are there, looks like they may have broken in the printing process and the bottom bit just ... floated away.

Cinderella, 2 fairy godmothers, Belle and the Beast, and Snow White from Cross Lances KS. The failed print is at the back.

The last 2 days of the month I spent printing more of RN Estudio's Against the Shadows series, especially since they were now pre-supported by 3DPrintingPro. Every print came out beautifully, including the bases.

Back row: Sauron, Gandalf, Saruman. Front row: Gollum, Balin, Gimli, Boromir. Brilliant models.

So the month finished on a high. The RN Estudio Patreon is well worth it just for the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit type figures.

This month I printed on 14 occasions for a total of 81 models with 6 failures. The printer was busy for 60 hours and 28 minutes, with the longest print being 6 hours 15 minutes.
