Zombie Orcs

Green Horde box

As before I painted the zombies first. Of course this time these were orc zombies, so lots of chances to try different shades of green, brown and pale blue skin.

As with the classic Zombicide, there are three types of zombies plus the abomination. What we have differently with Green Horde is ... The Necromancer. This is the dude responsible for creating all the zombies.

Orc fatties

Orc zombie Fatties are just as hard to kill as the human variants in the classic version.

Zombie orc runners

Orc Runners, these are smaller than the normal orcs, so I guess we'd class these as Goblins. As with classic zombie Runners, I've painted the edge red for ease of identification during the game.

Orc walkers

Here are the various poses of the orc Walkers. You can tell that they were painted in different batches and I wasn't paying attention by the fact there are two different base colours. I'm too lazy to change it now, so they'll be staying this way. Unlike the classic Zombicide Walkers, you'll not see any female orc zombies. Maybe they're too smart to get mixed up in this.

Orc abomination

The Abomination. Just as bad as in the classic version, but with an Orc twist to things, you'll need a catapult or ballista to kill it.

Orc Necromancer

Orc Necromancer, the dude responsible for all the walking-dead orcs. The necromancer is a new addition to the non-modern day Zombicide.

How they all look together.

Orcs 2

The zombies don't get to use the catapult, I just forgot to remove it from the storage try before taking the photo.

Unfortunately, there are no extra box sets of Orc zombies available. I do have the Horde Box which contains an extra Necromancer, Abomination, and a handful of orcs (no new poses), but not as many as you'd need. So if you run out of any type - all the others get an extra activation, and that is definitely bad news.
